No. For first contact, send only basic information such as your preferred name, general location, broad support need and how you want Bestcare to contact you.
Can I complain?
Yes. You can complain to Bestcare or go directly to the NDIS Commission. You can also get help from an independent advocate.
Is Bestcare Assist a clinical AI?
No. It is a simple website navigator. It does not diagnose, give clinical advice or act as an emergency service.
